Remember Josie, the amazing girl from my last post? Well, here she is again with a little hair and the rest of her family. I had told Kelly, Josie's mom, that I wanted to do a shoot with Josie after she had shaved her head, so two weeks ago we met up at City Garden. I was happy to see that her whole family turned up, so after I was finished with Josie I dragged the rest of them into some photos. The one thing that I always see, as I'm sure you will as well, is how much Scott and Kelly love each other and love their kids. They are an amazing family who has been through so much together and it is apparent how strong their family bond is.
So, Scott, Kelly, Gabby and Josie--thank you so much for letting me share in the love of your beautiful family. Love you all!
Enjoy....there are quite a few....

Ciara
The last session I had the pleasure of doing was Ciara. So, the plan was to go to Forest Park to do her session. I figured it would be perfect for her. Then I found out that there was an outdoor concert that day. Plus, tack on the fact that it was a Saturday afternoon in the middle of wedding season? Please. I didn't think twice about moving to a new location. So, I figured, "Hey! Tower Grove Park will be fabulous!" And it would have been. Except we didn't know about the Festival of Nations. Agggh! So, I'm driving down Arsenal and thinking "Where am I going to take her?" Ding ding ding! Wash U campus. And it was fantastic. And sort of perfect, since Ciara is going to be a senior next year and going to do some of her Senior Session at a college campus makes a bit of sense. So, despite our wild goose chase to find a location, it turned out great. Ciara was a natural. We had a fantastic time and she turned out some simply gorgeous images.
Enjoy the third and final (for now) installment with my nieces...
I can't wait to do your Senior Session Ciara. It's going to be fabulous.

Chelsea
Okay, so photo session number two was Chelsea, my emo/punky gal. We headed out for some gritty urban fun, and went down to the graffitti wall and the train tracks. And what an awesome session we had. It was fabulous. I was excited to shoot Chelsea, because I knew she would rock the location I chose, and I was right. This girl is simply beautiful without even trying. Stunning eyes, but you'll see that soon enough. She was game for anything and was also on the lookout for cool places to try some things, which I always appreciate. Loved this session, and probably could have camped out there all day.
Check them out....
See, rocked it. Thanks for being awesome Chelsea. I had a blast.
